yr7-8 swimming carnival today. the rain didn't stop the little kiddies from having too much fun.
they were alot louder and into it than i thought they would be. wentworth kiddies were really into cheering. although we are currently in last place after day 1.

all of us captains are losing our voices due to the large amount of screaming.
not good for tomorrows carnival since we will need it more tomorrow.
i had a fun time.

i love how everytime theres silence we would just break into B-L, B-L-U, B-L-U-E, WENTWORTH!
and omg, annabels megaphone with that ANNOYING tune that kept playing and playing. it was SO ANNOYING.

i remember back in the young days when swimming carnivals came around, i would look at the captains and the people standing on the tables and watch them lose their voices year after year and be like 'wow i can't wait till that is is' and today it was like 'wow, it finally is us'. it made me feel awesome to be standing on that table and yelling at kiddies. im sure the other captains felt that too.

tomorrow is a big day. probly one of the biggest events on our social calender this year, at least non-studying school wise. i hope the weather stays up. *fingers cross.
